Air Flow Modeling
In order to understand the air flow within your data center, GTK Engineering can perform a survey of the entire below floor and above floor environment. The survey collects information on the air handlers, underfloor obstructions and Rack IT load. This information is input to a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modeling program which produces a comprehensive model of the Data Center environment. This TileFlow CFD model provides an in-depth identification of the velocity and pressures and can be utilized to improve efficiencies and identify airflow issues within the data center.
